A Chief with killer appetite for illicit sex in Londiani, Kericho County has been unmasked by Directorate of Criminal Investigations for turning a maize farms into lodges.

One particular case is one where he was accused of raping a wife to a mwananchi from Cheptagulgei Village in his area of jurisdiction.

According to the DCI, the chief had repeatedly had a steamy affair with the married woman from his area of jurisdiction for a long time until when the husband realized the woman was cheating on him.

However, the chief has been vindicated after investigations indicated that he had been framed by the secret lover and her husband.

This was after it was discovered by DCI that the accusations were fabricated after the husband found a string of hot text messages exchanged between the administrator and his wife.

But the woman, after being caught by her husband, changed the story and said the administrator was forcing himself on her and that he had even raped her.

And guess the common venue for the illicit sex: inside the husband’s maize farm!

“On the day the chief is alleged to have forced himself on Mercy, the two were in constant communication and had agreed to meet at their usual place.

“Let’s meet hapo ndani ya mahindi yenu,” read one of the text messages sent by the Chief on one Sunday.

The following Tuesday, another message from the woman followed: “nimekuwekea kitu, tupatane I give you....”

It was discovered that the woman had falsely accused the chief of raping her after the husband discovered the two have been having a clandestine sexual affair for a second month now.

In a serious case lodged at Londiani police station on Tuesday afternoon, the woman from Kimasian location who was accompanied by her husband alleged that the chief had stormed her homestead earlier in the day and ordered her out of the house.

She further alleged that when she obliged, the chief then forced her into a nearby maize plantation where he raped her repeatedly.

Detectives launched immediate investigations into the serious allegations against the local administrator who had since been detained.

"The Londiani-based sleuths discovered that Mercy and the Chief had indeed been in a relationship and for a period of time, they had been exchanging text messages laced with sweet nothings," a report by DCI on their Twitter handle @DCI_Kenya read in part.

Mpesa remittances the chief has been making to the woman after every sexual encounter were also part of the evidences the DCI uncovered from the woman’s phone before they freed the chief who administers sex without fear or favour to those he rules.
